Getting ready for Thanksgiving?

I know it's only September, but as the air begins to cool (from 100 down to 85) and leaves get ready to turn colors, my thoughts are slowly turning to the holidays that will be upon us quicker than Sarah Palin can pull the trigger on an AK-47. Below is a video I saw last year year for the first time that I thought was informative, strange, funny and festive all at the same time. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

I've never made a Turducken, but I ordered one from Cajun Specialty Meats. It was pretty good, but all attendees agreed that they preferred the brined turkey.
