Laughing Yoga

I was poking around trying to find some nuggets of wisdom for time-management and stress reduction for an off-site I'm putting together for some of our staff and I came across this little jem and HAD to share it with all of you. It's a little creepy, but I must admit...we could all use a little of this sillyness in our lives...so go ahead and give it a try.
