Bonds returns

Just watched Bonds hit a double and score a run in his return to the Giant's lineup. Hubby and I freaked the dog out as we yelled, screamed and hi-5'd what looked like an HR at first. Turns out a fan reached over and touched the ball which then went into the stands for a ground rule double. No worries, I'll take a double.

I know what people think and say about Barry, but I have a soft spot for him. He has done a lot for San Carlos Little League over the years (he used to play here when he was a kid and his son, Nikoli, played here for a couple of years when Payton was playing). He was kind and generous to the kids and supported us financially. He came to some games and was a gentleman.

Nice to have you back, Barry. And I'm not the only one who feels this way...
