Here are my results for the day (tracking my food):
Although I came in at goal for all of these categories, I think the fat was a little higher than I would like (mostly due to the mac and cheese...duh). I was under my goals for calcium and fiber. Tomorrow I will have an apple instead of the banana. That will help with the fiber. And some yogurt for a snack will help with the calcium. Not enough water or veggies, but overall, I'm pretty happy with the day considering I did not plan ANY of the meals and just made good choices along the way on a very crazy busy day.
Tonight I will do some stretching before going to sleep. A good start!
