Hey I've been meaning to send this to you... but I just bought the cookbook Food Everyday - Great Food Fast

It's full of really good meals, that you can make fast, and that don't seem very fatty.

That's been my biggest complaint with Rachel Ray (that and that's she's annoying as hell). All of her meals look chock full of calories.

So check out the book. I think you would find a lot of good stuff for your fam.

I would eat all of those things! Yummy. Life is really busy at certain stages, isn't it? Mine is less busy than it was when I had two around the house. I kind of miss those days.
