As part of this challenge, I'll be taking a photo of my scale (with me on it) **gulp...gasp** each Monday morning and posting it for you all to see. I'll also be planning my meals each week, which will also help me get back on track with my "What's Cookin'" posts. I'll post the menus on Sundays and the weigh in on Mondays. I find that keeping myself accountable to other people helps motivate me and keep me on track.
