Ok, so I've been putting this off. This last week was all about undoing the damage of the week before when I was sick and gained weight (probably because I was not exercising and I was trying to eat well to keep my body strong enough to fight off whatever I had). The good news is that I lost all but 1/2 lb of what I gained. The bad news is that I'm basically right where I was 2 weeks ago. It feels like 2 weeks lost.

The great news is that I went shopping today for some new jeans and I was able to purchase a size smaller than jeans I'm currently wearing. And I didn't have to squeeze into this new size. They fit just right. I also tried on the size smaller than that and although I could get them up and over my bum, I couldn't get them zipped. BUT I'M THAT CLOSE!
