    A last ditch effort

Here it is, new year's eve. The holidays are gone and packed away in the attic. The house is almost clean (getting ready for new years eve guests). D is working on his science project that is due on Wednesday. Football is on TV.

It's almost back to normal.....but WAIT! NOOOOOOOOOOOO! F*#k normal. I want to do some more baking! I found this recipe today on Simple Recipes and I thought to myself..."hey, I have some egg nog still in the fridge and I think the use by date is still in the future!" So what is a woman to do with left over egg nog and a wish to still be on vacation? BAKE!

That looks delicious, was it as good as it looks?

    Happy New year :)

Happy New Year to you and yours. I wish you all the best for 2007.

I hate eggnog, but if it turns out like spice cake, I would be all over it. Our house is cleaned up(mostly) and ready for our company. Unfortunately, I'm ready for bed!
