"I wonder what Governor Rounds would do if his wife were raped and became pregnant and then had to slink across the border to have an abortion that her husband outlawed?"

This is an interesting question, presuming that an abortion would always be necessary in cases of rape. I suppose if the situation arose in the governor's family he would be forced to live out what he views as the better alternative.
